Our white buttercream is still the original recipe Dawna perfected over twenty years ago. A special process used in making it allows it to spread so smooth you would think it was fondant icing. Our true buttercream, made with real butter is heaven in each bite. True buttercream has a cream tint to it from the real butter. True buttercream uses Dawna's special technique as well so it can be spread as smooth as the white buttercream. Chocolate buttercream is a chocolate lovers dream. It is rich and full of flavor. This cake is a four tier buttercream cake. The only decoration that is not buttercream are the leaves. They are made from fondant.
This is a four tier chocolate buttercream cake. Dawna used real stems and branches as accents. The fruit is also real. The lettering is accented with gold edible paint.
This is a five tier buttercream cake. It is accented with gum paste flowers. You can see just how smooth the icing is. You must get up close to see it is not fondant.
